What commission should I pay ?
You only pay
commission to the agent who close your deal at the agreed commission rate.
The current market rate of 1-2% for private property , 1 month for 2
years of lease. For HDB/HUDC - 1% to 2 % (seller) plus 0.5% to 1% (buyer).
